KRISP is running a Phylogenetics workshop at the 28th International Workshop on HIV Drug Resistance and Treatment Strategies


KRISP has been invited to present a Phylogenetics workshop as part of the international HIV drug resistance meeting. The workshop will happen in the first day of the conference and will focus on the use of HIV-1 Pol data to identify transmission networks.

For over 25 years the International Workshop on HIV Drug Resistance and Treatment Strategies has been the leading conference for showcasing the latest research in the area of antiretroviral drug resistance. The 2019 workshop will be no exception!

We encourage HIV care providers, researchers and investigators to join us at this informative and exciting workshop.

The Workshop programme will consist of an educational programme on the first day (16 October 2019). Prof. Tulio de Oliveira will present the HIV-1 Phylogenetics workshop. The event will be followed by two days (17 - 18 October 2019) of invited plenary presentations and abstract-driven oral and poster sessions.
