Dr Bethlehem Tefera is a medical doctor, entrepreneur, and leader with a strong interest in healthcare leadership, innovation, and social impact. She is committed to strengthening health systems through evidence-based, value-driven practice and strategic leadership that advances equitable, sustainable, and high-quality care. She is a fellow at the Centre for Epidemic Response and Innovation (CERI), where she works in capacity development, supporting scientific research and leadership development initiatives. With a background in clinical care and public health, she has contributed to community outreach and disease prevention programmes. She is currently pursuing an MBA in Health Care Leadership at Stellenbosch Business School.
